Evers Boulevard functions as the north branch of Dry Creek . The existing curb and gutter cannot handle the storm water flow from major storm events. The force of such events causes pavement, curb and gutter, and other infrastructure to have a shortened lifespan.

A goal of this project is to determine a storm sewer system design that will remove storm water off of Evers Boulevard, west of I-25. The accepted design should increase the life of the pavement while providing some level of storm protection for the surrounding area.
