Idea Description: Compete Streets are designed to allow safe and comfortable travel for everyone, including people with disabilities. Typically speaking, street intersections are considered the best locations for pedestrians to cross the street. However, it is sometimes necessary to address how pedestrians will cross the street away from intersections. What improvements do you think are needed to provide pedestrians opportunities to safely cross Pershing? Would enhanced crosswalks and pedestrian lights make you more comfortable crossing Pershing?
