Communities have often used distinctive and customized streetscape design, landscaping, branding and other themes to identify and celebrate unique neighborhood and commercial districts. For many, Pershing is simply a busy road. However, for the neighborhood businesses and residents who live and work along this road, and those who travel here often, there is more that defines this unique area.
